About Designer

Before becoming a jewelry designer, I spent many years working closely with antique jewelry. One experience at a trade show in Las Vegas left a lasting impression on me. In the antique jewelry exhibition, every piece reflected extraordinary refinement—design, craftsmanship, and details were executed with remarkable precision and care. Yet when I stepped into the modern jewelry section, I was struck by how contemporary pieces fell short in comparison. At that moment, I realized that in today’s fast-paced world, true craftsmanship is often overlooked—and people deserve better.

This realization became the foundation of my work.

I am dedicated to bringing the spirit of traditional craftsmanship into contemporary design. Each piece I create is guided by a balance of color, form, and meticulous craftsmanship. For me, jewelry is not only an expression of personal identity, but also something meant to endure—an object that can be passed down and cherished as an heirloom.

Much of my work also involves reimagining existing jewelry. I often transform forgotten or outdated pieces into new creations with emotional depth and renewed meaning. This bespoke process allows each jewel to carry a personal story and a second life.

To continuously evolve my craft, I have traveled internationally to study under master gem engravers, applied arts specialists, painters, and leading haute joaillerie houses.

Throughout this journey, I have focused on both preservation and innovation:

  • Reviving rare and lost techniques: I spent over a year and a half mastering the pâte-de-verre (cast glass) technique—a historic method once used by houses such as Chanel and Givenchy, and now practiced by fewer than ten ateliers worldwide.
  • Material exploration: In my art jewelry practice, I incorporate unconventional materials such as titanium and traditional mortise-and-tenon structural systems, allowing pieces to be both exceptionally lightweight and structurally strong.

My work blends the language of high jewelry with personal emotion. For example, in the Sea of Blooms collection, marine life and floral forms intertwine—whales drifting through blooming landscapes, dolphins moving through floral waves—creating poetic, sculptural pieces that exist beyond conventional jewelry design.

For me, jewelry is more than adornment. It is art, emotion, and legacy combined. My goal is to create meaningful heirlooms—pieces that bring beauty, connection, and lasting value into the lives of those who wear them.
